Undoing a close
Bringing back the last period closed, for an admin.
Closed a period by mistake, or too soon? An admin can undo the last close with Undo last period close on Stock details.
To be sure, it asks you to type the closing date of the period being brought back, as it is shown, such as 30/09/2026.
That period comes back exactly as it was. Anything entered in the new period since is kept as a recovery copy in History, so it is not lost.
Only the latest close can be undone, one at a time. A member cannot undo a close; ask an admin of your practice.
