Your practice
Your stocktaking business, signing in, and what admins and members can do.
Your practice is your stocktaking business. All your outlets belong to it, and so do the people who work on them. Nobody outside your practice can see any of its outlets, reports, history or settings.
Getting in
We set your practice up and send its first person an invitation email. They become its admin. Sign in from that email; after that, sign in at the app's address on any device.
The first time anyone in the practice signs in, Stock Express asks for the practice's Telephone and Email. They go on every report, so it will not carry on until both are filled in. The practice's name comes from your account, in capitals.
Admins and members
- A member counts, enters deliveries and till sales, and prints reports.
- An admin can do all of that, and also change the practice's settings, manage people, and undo a period close.
Your initials are in the top corner. Tap them to see who you are signed in as, your role, and Sign out.
